Ms. Nalwoga is currently a Research Assistant under the Local Government Councils Scorecard Initiative(LGCSCI). She is a Community development practitioner and Adult Education expert with over 10 years' experience in community engagement, cooperative development, public health and governance. She has worked on a number of development projects empowering communities in order to bring about social and community change. She holds a Master's degree in Adult and Community from Makerere University Kampala. Her research interests include; education, public health, governance, gender, rural development and cooperative development.
