Philemon Okillong is a Researcher under ACODE’s Centre for Budget and Economic Governance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Makerere University. Philemon is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and holds a M.A in Economic Policy and Planning from Makerere University. Philemon’s major areas of interest include global trade, climate change, women empowerment, economic governance and environmental economics.
